Different companies operate in different ways. We are happy to take your lead in how we communicate prior to quoting.
There are 3 ways we can have the initial conversation:
- Send us your address, number of units of electricity used and price paid per kWh. We can give you a ballpark quote with this information, but the details would need filling in later
- We can do a remote quote. I would book you a phone conversation with a design engineer, where you would discuss what you’re trying to achieve with the system and what’s possible with your property. He would put together a quote based on that conversation
- A site survey. This would involve a visit from a design engineer where they can have a deeper conversation about things like the best location for the hardware. This is the way to get the best advice.
Any of these are free, with no obligation, and the outcome would be a design quote sent to you by email. But the lower down this list you go, the better we can match our design to your wants and circumstances.
